Who is responsible

The short version
- No tracking cookies, no ads tracking, no analytics that follow you.
- If you ask for a free game, we keep your email address to send it and the occasional email after it. You can leave with one click.
- If you buy a game, Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card details.

Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards emails to [email protected].
- Google (Google Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script) stores the free game sign-ups and sends those emails.
- Stripe and Link take payments. With Managed Payments, Link sells the order to you and is responsible for the payment data it processes. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Some of these companies are based in the USA. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts and search run from our own site. The checkout pages of Stripe use their own cookies, needed for secure payment.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to its use, take it with you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si) or the data protection authority in your own country.
Children
Our games are for kids, but the sign-up and the shop are for grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
